Registration rules allow you to define and add custom rules to some or all of your events to block or allow registrations on the event, the events waiting list, or both, whenever certain conditions have been met. These rules use the registering person's details to determine whether they should be allowed to register depending on the defined set of rules. The event only allows contacts marked as members in the Arlo CRM to register.

All applicants will receive an application acknowledgement. If they are accepted onto the course an invitation to register will be sent. The application process is suitable for a wide range of courses, for example, where you need to make sure that certain prerequisites have been met, have limited places, or are accepting and reviewing academic submissions.

Arlo allows you to create and manage your paid events. It automatically sends booking confirmations including calendar appointments to registrants, venue contacts, and presenters, and all order related communication such as invoices, and receipts to the billing contact on the order. This sample course has a price associated with it and requires a person to complete an order and payment process (checkout) to become registered on the course.
